What is an NFC Google review stand?
It’s a display that sits on your table, bar or counter with a chip inside it. When a customer holds their phone near it, a link appears that takes them straight to your Google review page — or your Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Instagram or Facebook. Ours are made to order in your own colours and branding rather than bought off the shelf.
Do customers need an app to use it?
No. NFC is built into every modern iPhone and Android. The customer holds their phone near the display and a link appears on screen — nothing to download, nothing to set up.
Can I have a QR code as well as the tap?
Yes, we can add one as an option. Tapping is the quickest route for most people, but a small number of phones have NFC switched off — a QR code gives them a way to reach the same page. Just ask when you request your quote.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. Everything is designed and hand-made in Urmston, Manchester, and delivered anywhere in the UK. Delivery is typically 1–3 weeks from the moment you approve your design.
Can the link be changed later?
Yes. The NFC chip inside each display can be rewritten, so if you change platform or add a new page, the display doesn’t need replacing.
How long does an order take?
Production begins once you’ve approved your design. Delivery is typically 1–3 weeks depending on the size of the order.
Is there a subscription or ongoing fee?
No. Your display is a one-time purchase. It arrives fully configured and ready to use, with nothing monthly to pay for it.
Can I match my exact brand colours?
Yes. Every display is made to order — you choose the primary and secondary colours, the decorations and the dimensions, and you see a design preview before anything is manufactured.
What happens if it gets damaged?
All products carry a 12-month warranty from delivery covering manufacturing defects and faults from normal use. Accidental damage and misuse aren’t covered — the full terms are on the Terms & Payment page.
How do I pay?
A 30–50% deposit is taken before production starts, by bank transfer or secure payment link. The balance is due once your products are made and before dispatch — you’ll be sent proof of production first.
