Terms & Payment
NFCDISPLAYCO LTD
1. Warranty
All NFCDISPLAYCO LTD products are supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults resulting from normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, including products that have been dropped, knocked over, bent, cracked or otherwise damaged through misuse or accidental impact.
- Damage caused by improper handling, modification, neglect or misuse.
Any warranty claim may require photographic evidence before a replacement or repair is approved.
2. Design approval
Production will only begin once the customer has approved the final design.
3. Order cancellation
Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our products.
4. Shipping
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on order volume and shipping providers.

6. Payment terms
Thank you for choosing NFCDISPLAYCO LTD. To begin your order:
- A 30–50% deposit is required before production starts.
- Production will begin only after the final design has been approved and the deposit has been received.
- Payment can be made by card through a secure Stripe payment link, or by bank transfer. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
- Once your products have been manufactured, we will send you proof of production.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is dispatched.
